Leaders Training
This module is designed for those who have attended Seven Steps to Transforming
Your Church. Through Spiritual Parenting & Carecell Leaders Training, you
can:

Experience your own breakthrough in personal evangelism

Cultivate a culture of Time Alone With God and Spiritual Parenting in your
carecell and church.

Understand the life cycle of a carecell
-
Plan for relational evangelism and relational nurture to take place continually
and simultaneously – in and outside of the carecell meetings!

Module 4-E Sectional Leaders Training
This module is designed for pastors and lay leaders who have attended Seven
Steps to Transforming Your Church and Carecell Leaders Training.
Built on the foundations of Spiritual Parenting and Carecell Leaders Training,
this module will empower you to:

Oversee a number of carecells and guide them towards multiplication

Diagnose problems and overcome them

Mentor carecell leaders and spiritual parents eff ectively.

Module 5 Senior Pastors Track
As leaders of congregations, senior pastors are at the forefront of leading
their church through the different and often challenging seasons of its life.
This track is designed to help you understand the role and responsibilities of
the Senior Pastor and how to navigate the expectations surrounding your role.

Module 6 Children & Youth Ministries
Contrary to popular belief, children and youth are not tomorrow’s leaders; they

The Worship of a local church is key for both believers and pre-believers alike
